Nardos Yemane

Nardos Yemane is a Senior Diabetes Specialist Dietitian at Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, with over 20 years of extensive clinical experiences.

Works in an extended role in primary care and community settings as part of a multidisciplinary team enhancing collaborative working.

DAFNE lead and insulin pump educator.

Dedicated to service improvement, patient education and improving access to new technologies in the aim of reducing the burden of diabetes for those living with diabetes and their carers.

Participates in health promotion, audit and research and currently principle investigator for DAFNEplus research study.

Team lead and supervise trainee and qualified dietitians.

Involved in teaching and guest lecturer at King’s College and City University.

Member of British Dietetic Association and specialist diabetes interest group.
